Unprofessional and don’t know how to do things. They say they can do things then they can’t, spent 2 hours there because the advisor had to restart twice. Said they’d cover the tax fees because they messed up and they never did they never gave paperwork back either. The manager is very disrespectful and unprofessional would never recommend anyone to this branch none of the employees know what they’re doing nor speak English properly. Worst branch in Nanaimo other reviews say the same.
I went in as a walk in client and was told there would be a 25-30 minute wait. The receptionist then ignored me for 2 hours. When I finally got her to acknowledge me she said there was still a 15 minute wait. She then told me I could have left earlier and just dropped off my forms. This was the first time I was informed of this. Throughout the receptionist was rude and the location lacked a washroom for clients. I love love both the Helen’s. Very professional and they were very helpful as I just sat there and waited as my tax forms were a bit different this year. But I waited. They were so good to me.
3rd year around filing taxes with Jerin Cherian at H&R, it has always been a smooth process. 10/10 recommend him for anyone who's looking for a knowledgeable and efficient tax expert!
