They made me wait despite a booking made online, and the "expert" said it should initially be his lunch break «but he will help me». Also, he was keeping a side conversation with one of his colleagues while filing my taxes, and hardly even listened to my remarks concerning some details. He even took a break in his conversation to buy himself a coffee. As a first timer filing taxes, I suspect a lot of things have been missed and I got a notification from CRA. Good luck trying to call them because they literally ghosted me.
