Went in to ask about a drop off service and the lady who helped me was not friendly and said they aren't taking drop offs. She made a point to tell me how close the dead line was as if it was absurd that I asked. I know when it is and I was asking about the drop of service because I work 50 hours a week. Also, the website says drop off available. I'll be going to a different location, even thought it's very close to my house. Terrible customer service.

This was my first time doing taxes in Canada, and I had a great experience with the representative at H&R Block, Amer. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional, guiding me through the process with ease.
Amir fell asleep during both my appointment and my fiancée’s. If I am paying full price for you to do my taxes, at the very least apologize for falling asleep. Give this guy a break or some coffee.
