DO NOT GO TO UNION, MO office. Sharon Parks has been awful to work with. I am still waiting for my 2024 refund and she is less than helpful, nor do I have any faith that she even knows what she’s doing at this point! SHOUT OUT to the Owensville , MO office. They completed my 2025 taxes and I received my refund already! Thank you Owensville office! I recommend everyone should go there.
Sharon Parks is incompetent and should be fired quiet honestly. She messed up my friends 2024 taxes was unwilling to help her figure out what was wrong when my friend then ask me if I would look them over. I immediately found her mistake and escorted her to the office to explain to Ms. Parks her error. At that time she apologized, said she would amend and there would be no charge.
