I have been with H&R block for a few years and I really like the service they provide me. As a regular customer, they will give you a call, just to remind you to fill your taxes for the current year. All the staff is friendly, professional and they know their stuff. I mainly deal with "Harleen Singh". She is super talented and professional. She will make sure that everything in document are up to date before doing the taxes. I will recommend doing your taxes with H&R Block. If you get the chance do visit this location.

I used their online software to submit my personal taxes last year. My marital status changed but my husband hadn't received his SIN # yet so H & R Block gave me a fake SIN # to enter into their online program to bypass through to completion. I found out months later when talking to CRA that they had given me an actual person's SIN # which is identity theft! Very unprofessional. I tried to notify them of what happened so it wouldn't happen again and they acted like it was no big deal.
