We used Stephanie Aloi for taxes this year, and from the beginning she was very abrasive and rude. She scoffed at us for not knowing things that aren’t common knowledge. When we asked her questions about what to gather, she gave us a paper and said to fill it out and bring it back. My husband went back for the additional appt with her as a small business owner and this time she took being unprofessional to a new level. Stay away from this place if you own a business, they have no clue how to do taxes for those who are self employed.
Asked the girl a simple question and she said "We're not the IRS". No way to talk to a potential customer. Luckily, I use my credit card company, Chime, let's me do my own taxes for free and very simple.
