Have done my Taxes with them for years and they have been wonderful until this year. They made two mistakes on my Return and it didn't change from last year. Then they tell me that they can't fix their mistakes and I have to do it myself after i have paid them good money and the prices have increased 20%. I will never go back. Doreen would be ashamed of them
Darlene is professional and explains things well. We have been using H&R for over 35 years and always a great experience. I would however say, it has become expensive, for 2 returns, 45 minutes with minimal work, was $360! Per hour, more than an Electrician!
I had a great experience at the Stirling location. The ladies there truly care about their clients and go above and beyond when needed. I would 100% recommend to anyone.
