This was not worth the money at all. The gentleman who helped us barely helped us. Would have rather paid turbo tax to help us.
After they submitted my taxes, I realized there was a mistake made by my employer. I reached out to Darryl and Jonathan via phone and also sent an email directly to Jonathan for amendment service. Unfortunately, I did not receive any follow-up from them. Because of the lack of communication and neglect of professional responsibilities, I will not to seek their services in the future. Follow-Up: it's been 8 months since this review and no manager ever followed up.
