Disorganized and poor customer service
Made an appointment, arrived 10 minutes ahead of scheduled appointment, there was another person with an appointment at the same time, asked reception about this they claimed they didn’t know if he had 2 appointments booked! Let them know I booked in advance in order to be seen on time their response was can’t guarantee things are running on time, I suggested that when someone calls to book in advance maybe tell them appointments often run over the time the response to this was then we would lose business. Giving this location 1 star is generous. My husband & I dropped off our tax info on a Monday afternoon - We usually go to a different location but this one is closer to us since we moved, Didn’t think things would be different at another location, Oh boy were we wrong! Dropped off our tax info & were told they would call back later that day, No call .. We called the next day & were told our info was given to a worker & they will call us. So had an appointment at 4pm i give all my t4 information to the work then a 430 comes a gets me from the waiting area he starts the work on the computer to screw things up the tried to get help over the phone and the guy couldn't even answer a simple phone call then at 510 pm tells me nothing he can do come back an other time so the staff really sucks and need better training and management
Totally took advantage of my honesty by telling them they were my last resort. So got charged over $180 to input one T4 and one T3 , no dependent’s, no foreign property, no extra anything ! TOTALLY RIPPED OFF !!!
