Certainly not impressed with Debbie at the front desk. I went in on behalf of a senior with mobility issues, when I asked if his taxes were ready I also mentioned he was waiting in the car, she rudely responded, “you’d get a phone call if they were ready”. Then she said, “ I wouldn’t be telling you if they were or not”. I again mentioned he was in the car and asked me if I could ask. I just turned to walk away and she was still talking. If I could give 0 stars I would! DO NOT GO HERE!!! They lie about times and don't complete taxes when they say they will. Barb at the front desk and Susan are rude and unprofessional.
DO NOT GO TO THIS H&R BLOCK CENTRE. If I could give zero star rating I would. We sent our friend there, he is a newcomer to Canada and has yet to learn the tax system here. He went 3 weeks ago, they said they have done his taxes, he had an email from CRA requesting more information, and he has been trying to get help from them about this ever since. He has called them, gone into the office 3 times for help and they have ignored him, not returned his calls, they just keep saying Susan is completing it tomorrow. It is true wha... read more
I truly believe Debbie is the best thing about this branch. She was understanding, kind, and patient. Thank you Debbie. Please give that women a raise :) Although, I recommend doing your taxes elsewhere with better time management, customer service, and competence
