Used H&R in Crescent Heights for the first time and will be the last. Taxes were submitted and messages from CRA told me I owed more. Issue was the submitted forms were not the same as when we signed off. Now a resubmit is required and I have to pay more than needed and get refunded later. Incidentally was not a standard claim but that's what I paid the big bucks for. Just as a footnote, it was nice to get a reply so quickly, and that someone would reach out to discuss. Unfortunately that as yet has not happened. !!
