Alex L. has handled my tax returns for the past couple years, and he and HR Block have been wonderful to deal with as a whole. I primarily complete my returns online but love that I have options of reviewing my return online, in person, or over the phone. Keith was very friendly, but seemed flustered and unprepared. Errors were made and we had to refile. Felt like we paid for mediocre service.
