AT first I had my doubts about K st H & R block, but then they came through with shining colors amazing. I am very Satified & thankful for there work. Flying stars for Carmela Trujillo excellent job thank you.
Got advice over the phone about my situation and they gave incorrect information. Weren’t even willing to explore further. Honestly, ChatGPT was more helpful. I BET some of you are missing money you would’ve gotten if you went to somebody who truly knows taxes. H&R block reps don’t.
Worked with Carmela she was amazing quick and super helpful very grateful to have her helping me this year and last year.
MS Carmela was very friendly and welcoming, walking me step by step and giving me advice. She’s such a sweetheart. I just spent a hour and 30 minutes and I can honestly say it didn’t feel that long. Felt like I was talking to one of my family members! 💕
