Iris flores was really helpful with doing my taxes and explaining all the forms need it. She did my two years of taxes that I didn’t have time to get done . Explain how was the process to file my taxes of last year since I had more paperwork to due. Overall everything was quick and simple
The process was fast, people where knowledgeable and helpful. I'm always happy with the outcome.
I made an appointment online for 7:45 PM and almost immediately someone reached out to me confirming the appointment and requesting more information regarding my taxes. After spending the entire day emailing information I get to H&R Block for my 7:45 PM appointment and the doors are locked. I called a couple times and nobody picked up. I've never left a bad review anywhere before but this seems like something that needs to be looked into by the company...
