I paid $234 in cash and the receptionist did not record in the system. The fees were taken out of my return. Now I have to wait.
My tax consultant Todd was fantastic but this location was very frustrating to work with overall. I had an initial appointment in February but I missed one document, so I emailed it to a different person shortly afterwards. I then spent the next 6 weeks trying to get ahold of my original tax consultant to see if there was anything I needed to do like come in, sign paperwork and pay.
