This is my first time using H&R Block for my taxes and it will certainly be the last time. I used Todd Rehfuss to do my personal and business taxes and have run into a plethora of problems since. My social security was entered wrong, my last name was a completely different one (Rahmani...), and there were several other minor errors. I had to go through and catch each one and we ended up having to file multiple amendments. After complaining, I was given a half refund and was willing to let bygones be bygones. I have been procrastinating my taxes for literally four years. I finally faced my fear and took my taxes here after my grandma came. I worked with a man named ROD and he helped me with such ease!!! I had taxes from several different jobs and several different states. I thought it was gonna be a nightmare. They made it so stress-free. I will forever be an H&R Block girl now. 🥰

We use the office on Fletcher Parkway in La Mesa, CA and Mr. Stephen Bell has been our agent for years. He is amazingly efficient, accurate, communicative and helpful with advice and asks all the right questions to assure we get the best return possible. And, they back up their promise with guarantees.
