I have called twice in the last 2 weeks looking for very short notice walk-ins/appointments and knowing my chances were slim - both times talked to two different gentlemen and both were equally helpful, understanding and patient. They tried very hard to accommodate my irrational hope of getting in 'soon' and have done a fantastic job overall with their service so far. I will be seeing at least one of them in the next couple weeks to get my taxes squared away and am extremely grateful and impressed by their service so far!

I have gone to this HR BLOCK location for years without having any problems. Unfortunately this years experience was completely awful. The woman who did my taxes (who's name rhymes with a fish) told me I would not be receiving anything even though I submitted my pay stubs and rent receipts and so fourth. To my surprise I received a full income tax return of over a grand via direct deposit 2 weeks later.
