I had a question for the person who had communicated with me by email after I had my taxes done and had paid them. There was no reply to that email at all. I called and left a voicemail (where they claim they'll call you back in 2 hours) and never heard anything. I called again a week later and was told the original person was temporary (Understandable but why is there no out-of-office or forwarding address?). Sharing on behalf of someone else, the client went in to get personal taxes done with a disability tax credit. The gentleman working with the client was very kind and thorough then when he sought a senior employee (as in “above”) the employee made the inappropriate comment about the clients situation. When confronted, the employee declared themselves as the most senior employee in the office. Which is realistic because many places don’t have managers in on weekends. This agency is completely incompentent. They screwed up my taxes 2 years in a row. Do not go here, do your own taxes.
