As power of attorney for someone who lives in Quebec, I've used this office for two consecutive taxation years (2023 and 2024) because the accountant I was using retired. They say I owed 278$ but got 1800$ refund from the government also had to resend another document that they forgot to add another 140$ mistake in my favour. Said they were going to contact me in their response, probably to look good, never been contacted just got contacted by revenue Canada because they screwed up my report so bad.
J'appelle pour prendre rv 1 mois d'avance en précisant bien que je voulais un rendez sur place et de soir.Et voilà que j'arrive et bang je n'est aucun rv et impossible d'avoir le soir la journée que j'ai réservé. Rien n'est fait pour m'accomoder. Non professionnel fini en plus la secrétaire......vraiment !!! D'une arrogance. 2 ans plus tard et jamais eu d'excuse encore. De personnes....gros manque de professionnalisme
