Go every year,fast and gets the job done
We have had our taxes prepared by Jalpa Patel for 6 years. She is efficient and personable. Her tenacity in handling our taxes is exemplary. We know that our taxes will be processed accurately and are grateful For the opportunity to work with her. She has also handled my parent’s taxes for the last 2 years as well. Jalpa is a great asset to H&R Block!
H & R Block was a great experience. I brought my elderly mother who has not filed for two years due to surgeries after a fall down the stairs. She was anxious and afraid. Jalapa made the difference. She stayed late one night just to help us. She told me what documents to find. We are now caught up and my mom no longer has this issue looming over her. We can start a payment plan and get out of this mess. I highly recommend this little Simi Valley branch and already have booked my appointment for next year.
