So I've done my taxes before with H&R Block and had no issues; however, this year for my 2024 taxes, I experienced three different issues. 1. I was initially told a higher refund amount over the phone, but the actual amount was much lower when I picked up my summary. 2. Before paying, I confirmed that direct deposit was set up and was told I'd receive the refund in 10 business days.
