So I've done my taxes before with H&R Block and had no issues; however, this year for my 2024 taxes, I experienced three different issues. 1. I was initially told a higher refund amount over the phone, but the actual amount was much lower when I picked up my summary. 2. Before paying, I confirmed that direct deposit was set up and was told I'd receive the refund in 10 business days. Lynn is absolutely wonderful. Last year I lost my brother very suddenly. In my hardest moments of my grief, Lynn showed me unwavering support and compassion. She helped me file all the right forms and take care of this task to effortlessly. It made taking care of things I never imagined as easy as possible. A year later I called her today to help me again and she remembered the file, walked me through what to do next, and once again was just unbelievably kind. Thank you for your compassion, Lynn! It's very appreciated.
