Absolutely awful service. Last week I called and booked an appointment with E.M. on May 12th at 12pm. We arrived a bit early, and there was nobody at the front desk. There were two other customers in the waiting room, and they said to us “you may as well sit down. We’ve been waiting forever and nobody has come to help us.” One of the tax prep employees overheard and came out to ask how they could help us all. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Worst service I’ve ever received from a tax preparer. I submitted all my tax paperwork remotely 10 days in advance and still missed the filing deadline after my preparer ghosted me. I ended up giving up on remote filing and booked an in-person appointment, only to have her be more than an hour late. Today is May 9 and I have no clue when my taxes will be submitted. Still waiting in the office as I write this review.
First of all, I came here very late and filed my taxes for the first time ever as a 21 year old. These people were so kind, funny, patient and understanding. The financial professionals I spoke with is Obaid and his manager Damaris who helped me throughout the process and filed my taxes from all the way back in 2019! I still managed to get discounts and a full guaranteed refund! I really recommend this place for anyone filing taxes and new people who are starting to file taxes.
I have used them since 2022 for corporate taxes and to be honest, did not know what to expect initially. I had not intended on returning this year but did against my better judgment. Very unprofessional, took over a month as the lady was hardly in the office. Despite phoning so many times and chafing via emails, nothing. Finally, decided in her own time and at her own pace.
