H&R Block Parry Sound has handled our taxes for 27 years. It is a family run business and very good at what they do? The careful attention to details has always been appreciated!
July 31st and still trying to straighten out an error made, corrected, and forgotten to refile by H&R Block Parry Sound back in April. They offered to pay any interest charges ($4.10) but never offered any sort of refund for the $231.74 I paid for them to prepare my tax return. Fun times spending hours on the phone with CRA trying to clear up a series of errors.
Great service. The staff is very professional. I dealt with two people, both extremely helpful. My tax return was a bit complicated but, Dan came to the rescue. He helped me in sorting everything out and got my tax return done. Dan is very knowledgeable in this field and it comes handy when you have some complications. Would highly recommend this branch.
