I've went to ask them to do my taxes and they said they'll phone me when it's done they still have my paper work and found out it's temperaily closed
Horrible. Since my post...An update I spoke with Brian from H&R in Duncan (I used the Chemainus site). I told him about my one year ordeal with the government because of the H&R worker's big error and her not rectifying it or getting back to me. I had to go into the office a couple of times (in Duncan) as she did not contact me back as promised. I finally got a call from Brian from H&R after I posted the "horrible" review. Long story short it cost me an additional $500 for my former retired accountant to undo the workers err... read more
Just like to point out the hours at the Chemainus office is Mon -Fri 9am to 5pm
