Honestly, it's a waiting game with them, especially when tax season hits. (Which can be understandable to a point.) Got quoted 3 days, waited 2 and a half weeks. Contacted them on the 3rd day, told 7/10 more days, waited a couple days more than the 7/(10*) days... The employee seemed nice enough doing the tax work, although front staff could learn to smile, taxes can be frustrating but they're receptionists.

Trena helped me and was so kind and patient with me! She broke everything down for me and made sure I understood everything. I dropped them off on Monday and picked them up Tuesday, she is incredible!
