The administration staff are probably the slowest and most disorganized I have seen from any company over the past 10 years. Phoned to book an appointment and they said we could just come in anytime. Went in a few days later and had to book an appointment. Showed up for our appointment a few days later and the tax professional we booked our appointment with wasn't there that day. This will be the last year I ever use H&R block. Paid $300 just to get a notice that everything was wrong and had to do it myself. Not impressed at all.
Cathy is always amazing with helping break down my question and gives me great advice of what need to be done… highly recommend!!!
