I had a great experience working with Marla at H&R Block. She really knows her stuff and made the whole process feel easy and stress-free. She was friendly, patient, and took the time to explain things clearly without rushing me, but still managed to get everything done quickly. You can tell she’s experienced and genuinely cares about helping her clients. I’d definitely go back to her again.
