Dropped off my small business taxes at the Encinitas office 6 weeks before filing deadline. I called repeatedly for the employee K1's. I was passed off and calls not returned for weeks upto and including the 14th of April. The most unprofessional service I have encountered in 50 years of business.
After preparing my taxes I got an immediate appt and my tax preparer was EXCELLENT
