Not a great experience for my second time using this company. This was a review process of my own accountants return and it took was too long for this review process. Appointments made were not honored and emails took forever for response. Ended up having to file for an extension because my tax preparer at this office noticed one large glaring mistake in my return in our first and long awaited office meeting which made me want to have her continue her review process.
