I have used Linden Seay in Ridgewood NJ multiple times. I used her in 2017 through 2020 and she was great. I used a CPA recommended by our wealth manager in 2021 because we had a more complicated tax situation as we sold our primary residence and my wife left her longtime employer and a had to take a few payouts she couldn't rollover. The CPA caused us to be audited by NY State because he advised that my wife who worked for a NY company didn't have to pay NY tax because she worked from home in NJ during the pandemic. I was very happy that I was able to secure an appointment a week before the tax deadline. I worked with Shak, who was very professional and personable. He prepared my return quickly, and I was able to submit my taxes and payment earlier than the deadline. He is a real asset to H&R Block, and I will be sure to have him do my taxes every year!
