Henry is excellent! He answered the phone very quickly and was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and kind.
Very disappointed with this location, appointment, had to wait for 10 minutes with no genuine apology, The Tax specialist was unfriendly and not encouraging . Way overpriced would never go back to H&R Block .
After being repeatedly bounced between tax consultants due to their unavailability and constant calls asking to reschedule, I decided to cancel. I was asked to reschedule multiple times, with my original consultant, Emily Beckerman, prioritizing a returning client over my scheduled slot. This experience was completely unprofessional. Edit: No one has reached out from H&R to discuss this.
Fast reliable and helpful. Got my taxes done in record time. Thank you for all the help friendly and professional. Thank you, Natalie Will be coming back next year
