Useless service. Filled out paperwork for online appointment. They kept telling Teresa would be in touch. No one ever called and messaged for 1 month. Finally waiting for 1 month of follow ups, I had to ask to close my account.
I am disappointed with the fact that they wouldn’t give me a quote for the cost over the phone. So when I came in, they were able to tell me the price was approximately $600 for my type of returns. It was a complete waste of my time. I left and went elsewhere. But they could have saved me the time had they told me it would be so expensive. She just asked a couple if simple questions to arrive at the cost. I don’t see how that couldn’t have been done over the phone.
