was calling for information they could not understand anything also kept telling me north Sydney store is closed was not even the question i ask. When ask to speak to some one else was told i could get call back in the future no on e else would come to the phone do not recommend this location on George street go to one of the other onesÂ

If I could rank them lower than a one star I surely would they don't even deserve that. 10 days it took them & the IT Dept to figure out my taxes. Mistakes: 1) was giving disinformation by every person I talked to at H&R Block. Not misinformation disinformation is what I was told. 2) I couldn't sign my e documents for over 10 days I went to the actual store front. They couldn't help nor figure out the problem either. 3) my taxes got a look over by somebody else in the HR department and was found that I was now owing $1,100. ... read more
