Worst service. We book the appointment at 6:00 pm . But tax expert didn’t shown . Told us to take a appointment for another day. It is so irresponsible staff . Not care about client time . And the receptionist is also so rude saying it’s our fault in it say no to us in providing another tax expert.
I have had the worst experience at h&r Block harvest point location. The senior tax consultant I had booked with (and who had prepared my husband and my taxes last year) was 30 mins late to start. I was there for a total of 3 hours and charged an exorbitant amount. My husbands taxes came to $241. And was paid.I then proceeded to pay my tax balance that I was told at the end of the tax appointment of $183. The receptionist handed me the debit machine the screen read $225.
