Definitely will never go back to this place! Language barrier! How can you trust your tax with someone who has a problem communicating
If I could give 0 stars I would. Poor communication. Poor listening. Extremely disorganized. The list goes on and on. Then we discovered that even after we signed all the paper work confirming information is correct, yes we checked it multiple times, to find out that the address for returns is STILL incorrect. Will never be going to H & R block ever again
Gave these guys a 5 star review for 3 years in a row...now I must change it. I was always getting 1,700$-1,900$ back. This year I owed 300$ now I know this isn't their fault. Its my companies fault for not taking enough taxes off. But it started with: hey you're only getting 500 dollars back this time which was already disheartening because thats way less than usual. But they the guy tells me he made a mistake and I'm like oh thank God, so I get more than 500$ atleast? He says no....you owe 300$ this time...again, the fault ... read more
