I had a disappointing experience with Theresa. Communication was inconsistent, emails went unanswered, and I received conflicting advice from different employees, to the point I was instructed to communicate only with her directly. I was also uncomfortable receiving unsolicited advice about my family arrangement that was unrelated to my taxes. My daughter and I met with Theresa today, and was thoroughly disgusted with how my daughter was treated. Theresa's unprofessional, and rude demeanor was totally uncalled for.
My whole family has been going to HR Block in Morinville for years. Joan does are personal income tax and she is awesome! Professional and extremely knowledgeable! I would recommend HR Block Morinville to anyone .
Avoid this place. They overcharge, they are sneaky. Manager Darlene is rude and unprofessional. Other staff seemed friendly. Made a few trips to this place and most times it’s unpleasant.
Always have a great experience at Morinville H&R Block. Highly recommend
