I brought my Mother in today for a tax return. We were assisted by Candy, who went above beyond to help my disabled mother. She even offered to come outside the car to save us a struggle with an oxygen tank and transport chair. We will be back next year.

This review is specifically about front desk workers of this place. Both of them. Absolutely have no idea of what are they doing there, what services can and cannot the company provide, wasting your time like there’s no tomorrow. One decided just put me sitting there and waiting for nothing just because she had no clue of how to answer my question.

The tax advisor didn’t add my T4. I only had 3 slips to enter. Confused and shocked I returned home and discovered the discrepancy. I phoned the office and was told someone will call me back. After a couple of hours waiting I drove back to the office, to be told that I must have found the missing T4. She argued with me that it was my fault. She opened my file to discover that the t4 was not entered. So because I pay prior I couldn’t get my cash back. And now 4 days later they still haven't efiled my return.
