This was such an awful experience I had to walk out. Please don’t come to the location. Reception was kind enough, but the tax expert was horrible and so rude.
The staff are nice but remember if it’s your first time you need to pay for charges, the website doesn’t show you nor they tell you, you need to know on your own, that’s what I was told
45 min wait after our appointment time & then recieved the most chaotic, unorganized and incompetent service from a staff member.
ZERO STARS. Absolutely the worst customer service EVER!!! It is extremely disheartening that a tax service business can treat people this way!!!! NOT OKAY :( I do not recommend spending your hard earned money at this location.
My first tax filing with them as walk-in and it went smoothly. Thanks to Keyuri for assisting us even after your working hours just to finish our filing.
