Don't call for information or asking for an appointment. They said I could come in, I showed up within 25 minutes of the call and they told me they were fully booked. Ended up going elsewhere further but worth it.
If I could give zero i would. Called to ask a question on prices. Couldn't understand what the lady was asking me. She was getting as frustrated as I was. I was trying to ask her to repeat what she said, she told me to hold on and put me on hold. What a absolute joke to file your taxes that contain 2 It's to cost $200. NEVER again doing taxes with h&r
It was my first time at H&R Block and I must say all the staff were so welcoming. But, I just want to give a special shoutout to Somaia she walked me through everything and was so professional. I will definitely from now on be coming here for my taxes.
Sleek was amazing ! She took care of everything - even for papers I didn't have She is very knowledgeable I will come to her every year
