Total thieves! We had H&R do our income taxes and submitted all our receipts. I was later audited by CRA and found out about $1400 worth of deductions were disallowed. Why on Earth would these numbnuts submit receipts they knew are not permitted? What a complete and utter waste of time, money, and headache! DO NOT USE H&R BLOCK FOR ANYTHING!!! And absolutely NO accountability on Block's part. I was totally left out to flap in the wind.

My last review would have been 1 star. But, if you use Shirley Wong, you will get the job done professionally and expediently. I have been using H&R Block for 224 years and it all depends on the Representative you use. There are good ones and some not so good. Use Shirley. She knows here stuff and advised me on other matters that will save me a lot on taxes. Update. Funny.. 224 years?. I meant 24 years.
