This company is a CRAP starting with that i did my taxes with them in march and they sent it to cra in may gst and carbon tax apprars to not been done expensive service for a crap results dont waste your time and money with them.
They took my taxes, and I've been trying to get ahold of anybody from this office regarding my papers, and my information, I told them when I was gonna be available because I had to leave for work and now I have no idea where they are.
They are not up front about how much they charge for tax filing.
Used to be able to do my taxes for $250 for 2 people with simple tax returns Now its $500 Time to efile and not be lazy I guess.
Had been struggling getting 4 years of my taxes done. Chris was so kind and understanding and an absolute pleasure. she helped me sort out the issues and walked me through everything I needed to know. 5 plus stars. Thanks so much Chris!
