Complete waste of my time. Took multiple calls to finally get an appointment and then after eventually going in and meeting with a representative and submitting my tax information, I was completely ghosted, with no response to multiple follow-up emails and voice messages after 3 weeks of trying. Thought maybe the person I met with got sick or something, so I left voice messages with the main phone line (nobody ever answers) asking for a status update, and STILL nobody ever responded.
