So last year I took my daughter here to get her taxes done. One t4, super easy. They photo copied her I.D and we left. No word back. As my daughter just turned 19 she just assumed that they were filed and did not know the protocols as no one reached out to her to let her know what the status was. I asked her a few months back and she told me no one had called or emailed her. The Tax Professional was able to help promptly and efficiently. They asked questions to ensure that I got the most deductions possible. I would highly recommend this tax office.
They don’t even answer their phone!! The voicemail hangs up before you can even leave a message 😖
Walk inside not welcome
DO NOT GO HERE. It is a real shame that any professional business would hire and allow incompetent people to do something as important as your taxes. My taxes were filed incorrectly and forms were missed. I now have to re-do it all with CRA myself, no support, no follow up and definitely no refund of the $170.00 they charged me for a T4 and spousal support deduction tax filing. Complete waste of time and money!
