Absolutely clueless manager. Employees disgusting hours and time off in front of patrons while keeping them waiting for their appointments or asking them to come back another day. Embarrassing honestly. Good luck we’re going somewhere else next year

My husband went in Tuesday paid a premium to get his taxes FastTrack there system was down, he waited hours no refund. Said come back Thursday same issue and they're ignoring our calls. Will be calling head office and filing a formal complaint. Go somewhere else for your taxes.
The worst h&r block office. The customer service is outrageously rude. There was a rep that worked there before who was amazing but since he's left there are 2 women there named Hameeda and Miriam, But they take forever to do the job and never respond to emails or calls. I've been in and out of the office since end of June running in circles with them. Avoid this office if you can.
Excellent and efficient service through and through. Special recognition to the kind lady Sabina that worked with me, she was very thorough and professional, I will go to her every year if I remain in the city.
