So last year I took my daughter here to get her taxes done. One t4, super easy. They photo copied her I.D and we left. No word back. As my daughter just turned 19 she just assumed that they were filed and did not know the protocols as no one reached out to her to let her know what the status was. I asked her a few months back and she told me no one had called or emailed her.
