Great experience, I recommend Yousra Elkadi. She is very professional and efficient, and goes above and beyond to help.
My declaration had mistakes made by this branch and I ended up having to pay interest on an amount due to the government after an audit. Paying close to 300$ at H&R for my taxes to be done properly by a "professional" to avoid problems and still footing an extra bill for a problem that was their fault makes me question if H&R is worth it at all. The only "help" I got from them was how to appeal to the government and got told to pay for the "peace of mind guarantee" next time (on top of 300$!!😡). 6 months later, the Governme... read more
