Worst experience I’ve ever had; came for an adjustment as an error was made in the original tax return. Came to the office, the system was down, was told the service was completed following my provision of proofs via email, waited for weeks with no follow up or refund. Called Revenu QC and they never received a request for an amendment. Fixed it with them in less than 10 minutes. After TWO months. Called back to let them know and didn’t even receive an apology.
