Had my taxes done here they had everything needed to do them. They called me said I’m getting a refund of a little over $7,000. Then I got a message from CRA saying they had to revise it cause it was filed wrong so I got back a little over $5,000 then CRA got ahold of me again a few months later and they did another revision of my taxes and said I owed them almost $4,400 back. I went to the h and r block.In strathmore, and the people there were very accommodating and helpful doing my 2025 taxes. I would recommend anyone to go there to get help with their taxes.
If I could leave zero I would, I haven’t used them in years due to past mess ups this year I went back with a simple return which was fine however my elderly mother had a more complex case in which there was multiple mistakes they said she owed the government 30K lol she asked multiple times to get her paperwork back, they refused as I was getting her to go to the person I usually file with he’s extremely busy however he filed them and ended up saving my mom 30k big difference Carol time to retire you don’t have a clue lady!... read more
Never went to this location as they constantly lie about walk ins and appointments! They dont know what the heck they are doing! What a joke!
