I had an appointment for 5:00 this evening. I walked to the appointment in the rain. I was on time but there were 2 clients ahead of me so I left at 5:15 because there was no progress or estimate of when I would be seen. After this I had zero confidence that they would get my taxes filed on time : they didn’t keep our appointment. I didn’t feel welcome , I felt like a nuisance. I won’t be using H&R block in the future because they didn’t value my time. The children of the tax preparer were wandering bored around the office.
Had my 2023 taxes prepared by H&R Block and was very happy with the experience. Highly recommend them.
