Only one associate knew what he was doing (senior accountant) but he was rude to his other cowworkers which made me uncomfortable and took forever to file half a tax return. The lady at the front desk had peoples paperwork everywhere and was very disorganized which made me question if my documents were safe. I came as a walk in with only one other person ahead of me at 10:30am (30 minutes after they open) and the whole process took 3 hours. I initially had a bad experience with my booking time being changed. Frank later called me and went the extra mile to make things right. I really appreciated Frank reaching out to me and he did a great job when I met with him today. Very knowledgeable, would recommend meeting with him!
