My appointment for pick up was 30 minutes late. Very scattered staff no organization.Worst experience. When I sat down to go over the taxes the lady had no idea about anything could not answer any of my questions. I’m having to take my taxes to a different H&R Block To have a look over already paid this place for their services . because I have a bad feeling that it was done wrong. Highly recommend going somewhere else😑

This is by far the worst h&r I’ve ever done business with I had to go back twice because they didn’t file my return and they still didn’t f’n file it!! This is outrageous they will be overrun by lawsuits in no time.

I had a terrible experience with H&R Block at the temporary location in Haney Place Mall. Specifically, Karen, who assisted me, was completely incompetent, fraudulent, and uncaring. I availed of their services to file my taxes and was fraudulently made to sign a "Peace of Mind" package, which turned out to be a complete scam. Not only did they fail to deliver on their promises, but they also showed me higher returns initially and disappeared when the actual return was significantly less. Indefensible pathetic service in 2021 as their agent at the Haney Place Mall did not even file our son's taxes despite paying for their service which was shameful negligence. One year later, we got an undeserved penalty imposed by CRA for HR Block's unpardonable disservice. Their brass (made a valid complaint) admitted full liability and repaid the $750.00 + imposed penalty by CRA that was not our error, omg.
