Terrible customer service here and poor communication skills. I would not recommend this place to anyone
I used to love this office until this year 2026. That's when the owners decided NOT to have any reception placing all that burden on their hard working tax specialists. My taxes are now late and no one cares. Certainly not the owners. I will be calling corporate to report this. Unless it was a corporate decision, it is still stupid beyond measure!
Michelle Mitchell rocks. The staff do a great job. They answer my question and find things that make a difference.
My advisor was so friendly and helpful during the whole process. Explained everything carefully and thoroughly, making sure I knew what was happening at every step. Will be recommending and will be going back next tax season for sure. Keep it up!
