I dropped off my taxes and didn’t hear back for three months. When I called to check, they told me my taxes were still in process. A month and a half later, still no updates. When I called again, they admitted they had lost my personal information and never completed my taxes. Because of this, I ended up late. Do not recommend the remote filing service, it has taken this office 3 weeks to do my taxes, as of yet they are still not filed! They are very very slow to respond to messages, sometimes not responding at all, claiming they are too busy. I had to call the office before I could get a response, on several occasions throughout the 3 weeks while I was waiting. I'd suggest that this H&R Block not offer a remote filing service at all as the staff cannot manage necessary communication in an effective and timely manner and have no c... read more

Fast and friendly service! I had a few questions after dropping my papers off that were answered right away with a quick phone call. very professional and thorough communication from both Annika at the desk and Chrystal who took care of my filing. would definitely recommend them to a friend!
