Amazing staff was so helpful with filling my taxes remotely!!
Working remotely with Crystal was a breeze! She worked with my schedule and was very thorough, ensuring the best outcome in the fastest time!
Do not recommend the remote filing service, it has taken this office 3 weeks to do my taxes, as of yet they are still not filed! They are very very slow to respond to messages, sometimes not responding at all, claiming they are too busy. I had to call the office before I could get a response, on several occasions throughout the 3 weeks while I was waiting. Fast and friendly service! I had a few questions after dropping my papers off that were answered right away with a quick phone call. very professional and thorough communication from both Annika at the desk and Chrystal who took care of my filing. would definitely recommend them to a friend!
Avoid this H & R block !!! Price change from 1 year to the other is almost Double for doing the same and actually less because they just follow same format and entries as previous year but charging DOUBLE !!!! 1 year is $ 330 for couple with business - rental income and the next year similar tax info. at $ 530 for the couple !!!! I called other H&R block locations in neighboring town/city all quoted me from 100-300 $ for couple with rental income!
