I have been trying to get my t4 from them from Crystal Wall since the beginning of March I have left repeated messages with no answer. Final another employee tells me she needs my personal information. Long story short the business I was working at closed in december. And I had just as much trouble getting my roe. Again says she needed my personal information. She has my personal information on file she was the bookeeper and did are payroll. I almost ended up homeless because i needed for my ei claim. I dropped off my taxes and didn’t hear back for three months. When I called to check, they told me my taxes were still in process. A month and a half later, still no updates. When I called again, they admitted they had lost my personal information and never completed my taxes. Because of this, I ended up late. They never had the professionalism to contact me and let me know about the problem. I asked them to send me an email explaining the situation so I’d have less chance of paying interest on late taxes, but they never fol... read more
