Had absolutely the worst experience with Kristy Davis through the online portal. Super incompetent, very slow at responding and made me miss the cut off date. I have been doing my taxes with H&R block for the past four years and they just definitely lost me as a customer. Definitely do not recommend them.

I was surprised and disappointed to learn that the fee for a $1250.00 refund was 20%. of total refund. As I was told it was going to be 15% for the first $300.00 and 5% of the remaining refund when I dropped my file off.
