Both times I went in, Chris was very impatient and quite rude. She repeatedly cut me off before I could finish speaking and didn’t seem interested in listening to what I had to say. When I did get the chance to speak, she made me feel belittled and stupid. This is my first time ever doing taxes, so of course I’m not completely sure what I’m doing. She was aware of that but still made me feel dumb for asking simple questions. I would not recommend going here.
Nikki was so helpful and got my taxes done in a really timely manner even after I dropped them off last minute. Would highly recommend!
Had absolutely the worst experience with Kristy Davis through the online portal. Super incompetent, very slow at responding and made me miss the cut off date. I have been doing my taxes with H&R block for the past four years and they just definitely lost me as a customer. Definitely do not recommend them.
