Unprofessional! I scheduled an appointment with this location to discuss and file my tax return. When I reached the location on the scheduled time, they said “Nobody wants to work this late” and that the advisor who was supposed to work with me (Betty) had already left for the day. When I asked why the website allowed me to schedule the appointment and why no one contacted me prior to the appointment to let me know that it will be cancelled, they just shrugged.
