Useless place full of excuses that they’re understaffed. Girl at the counter had an attitude like it was my fault they were understaffed. Note: No call no contact. Went to another local Tax Prep service they told me they are hearing stories about H&R on 224th. They are getting spin off clients from the crap job H&R did. Save your your money.
Kim has been doing my taxes for years and is the very best! She is very knowledgeable and helpful. I highly recommend this office for your tax needs.
My wife Cheryl and I have done our taxes with Kim for over 25 years! We would be lost without her. She gets us. Cheryl has had a stroke and has speech difficulty. Kim is patient and works with my wife to get and to understand what she is trying to articulate. We start with a hug and we leave with a hug. That woman can not ever get paid enough for the accuracy, care and love she puts into her work!!
I have been seeing Kim for years. She is lovely, very knowledgeable and great at answering tax questions. Ive never had an issue with my taxes.
