The staff themselves were great - but the company as a whole is not transparent with their pricing system and having reviewed it, felt like we were taken advantage of as they weren't able to explain themselves well. Our tax specialist himself even said "seems like we are double dipping" after we asked for a detailed review of why our relatively simple returns came with a huge price tag. Will not be using H&R Block in the future.
Phillip was great to deal with, and explained our tax returns with detail, answering all of our questions. We go to this location every year and recommend their services!
Jeff was unprofessional, slippery, and rude. We left. It does not take a lot to be transparent and respectful. He failed on both counts.
Booked an appointment to have my taxes done on march 22nd at 12 pm, just to arrive at the office and find out they aren’t open sundays. Why offer appointments on days you aren’t open?
Really pleased with the staff at the Cole Harbour location. From my observation, they took great care of everyone. Thanks Cathy R. Wilson
