Horrible experience one of my returns hasn’t arrived yet it’s past the time frame given and when I call the customer hotline they are clueless on how to help I was over priced and the agent who prepared my return was extremely questionable on the experience she had she told me she had 10 years experience when in fact she only has 3 years experience I don’t recommend this services from H&R in fact you can get it done free directly with the irs or one of there free centers
