Be very careful especially if you have a special tax circumstance. My son works overseas as a civilian for the Navy and unfortunately, I used the “tax pros” at H and R Block for his taxes. The IRS recently found his 2023 taxes were done incorrectly and he now owes more than $1,900 in penalties and interest out of his pocket in addition to the taxes he does owe.
