I have a bad experience with one Mambu Sonnie, at their Oxboro office. He is unprofessional and doesn't know what to do. My tax was rejected due to his unprofessional nature, and he now paper filed, but still holding on to my receipt, saying they have issues with uploading it. What has that got to do with a client?
