Lillian was amazing. She helped me out. She told me how much I'd be paying for my taxes. She was very resourceful. She reached out to third parties. Regarding information that I did not receive or have in hand and was able to get that for me.And apply it to my taxes, for the first time in many years, I've actually got a refund. Of course my taxes had to be difficult. Something she hadn't dealt with before. She talked to everyone for advice and information m until she new what she was doing. She helped me figure out how to get my records we needed and was so patient with me. I was in her office on 3 occasions and only had an appointment the last time.
