I had an appointment at 7pm and came 10 minutes early. At 7pm the accountant who was supposed to help me, started helping another customer. I ended up waiting until 7:35pm before i left (this location closes at 8pm). The entire time I was waiting the lady did not apologize or even let me know how long it would take. When I got up to leave, she still didn’t apologize and instead said “this is just how it is, it’s like the doctor”. I've been dealing with Jenny(zhenni) for my tax return over the years and I couldn't be happier with my experience with her! She makes the whole process smooth and stress-free. She explains every bit of small details and always being patient whenever I get any questions. She deserves a good raise!
This location is terrible.I had to send my return to cra via mail. When I picked up my return they gave me the wrong documents. I had to go back and pick up my actual return. They told me for my inconvenience they would send my return to cra for me I kept checking the cra website to see if my return had been received Two an weeks later I contacted HR Blck. They had not even mailed my return. I had to go pick it up and mail it myself. They charged me $135 for this lack of service
Update: The district manager reached out to me and personally apologized. She also mentioned that the staff have been spoken to and coached. Appreciate that they acknowledged the error and took corrective action, hence updating my rating. We tried to do a walk-in on Saturday 5-Apr. My wife's 30 weeks pregnant and she was out of breath walking from the parking to the outlet.
