Dropped off my taxes on Feb 28th 2026. They got done quickly (same day) which was nice. I went in on March 1st to sign and file. Paid $288... I was told I'd be getting a refund within the next 10 business days. I have not received my refund so I went to check on my CRA account. When I brought up my account it said my 2025 taxes had not been filed. I called the branch to find out what happened and I was informed they have not filed my taxes and are waiting on some form update for the TL777 form and they have no idea when it w... read more
